You can follow the path of Ross Howe, Chief Executive Officer. Ross started as a fundraising campaigner having never worked in face to face fundraising, and through his hard work and showing himself to be an inspiring leader, achieved promotion to become CEO of Cornucopia within four years.

Dan Acton, the Managing Director of Equality Marketing also started work with Cornucopia with no previous experience in fundraising. Dan chose to follow our career path to establish his own business, and with Cornucopia's support, Equality is now operating in three states within Australia.
